Mark Wada was selected by his peers for inclusion in

With over thirty-five years of experience, Mark specializes in representing banks, equipment lessors and other commercial lenders in commercial loan and lease documentation, real estate financing, portfolio acquisitions, workouts, and commercial collection matters, and also specializes in handling business and corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions.
Brian Witt was honored for the third time for Financial Services Regulation Law. His practice emphasizes representing regional and national financial service providers on regulatory, compliance, and business issues. He is a recognized national expert in the design and delivery of traditional and innovative financial products and services.
Brad Stanford was selected in the fields of Commercial Litigation and Product Liability Litigation – Defendants for the third time, and, Personal Injury Litigation – Defendants for the first time. For over 30 years, Brad has litigated a broad range of commercial disputes and personal injury cases. He is an industry leader in ski area defense and recreational product liability defense.
Tara Schleicher was designated for Litigation – Bankruptcy for the third time and for Bankruptcy and Creditor Debtor Rights/Insolvency and Reorganization Law for the second time. Mark McCulloch was tapped for his expertise in the area of Legal Malpractice Law – Plaintiffs. Mark focuses on business disputes and probate litigation, professional malpractice, personal injury, and large asset non-custody divorce proceedings. He has conducted trials in more than 20 counties in Oregon, as well as federal courts, and has settled hundreds of cases through alternative dispute resolution throughout his 40+ years of practicing law.
Kelly Tilden was selected by her peers for the first time in Employment Law – Management. Kelly’s experience ranges from advising businesses on day to day employee issues to successfully defending her clients in trial and this has led her to be the Chair of the firm’s Employment Practice Group. Her practice includes advice and litigation regarding the following: hiring, negotiating and drafting of contracts, protection of trade secrets, discipline, civil rights, and wage and hour and leave laws.
