Brad Stanford is one of five NBTA board-certified civil trial advocates in the State of Oregon, having been certified in 2001 and recertified in 2006 and 2011.
The National Board of Trial Advocacy (NBTA) is a nonprofit organization that seeks to improve the quality of trial advocacy and aid consumers in choosing experienced and highly qualified trial lawyers. The NBTA is accredited by the American Bar Association and is the only nationally recognized organization that certifies trial attorneys.
The standards set forth by the NBTA are challenging and meaningful. NBTA certification is voluntary, and proclaims to the public that the certified lawyer possesses integrity, dedication, and expertise in trial advocacy.
Brad is a member of the Oregon and Washington State Bars, the Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel, and the Association of Ski Defense Attorneys. His practice focuses on all types of commercial litigation with an emphasis on product and premises liability, and particular expertise in recreational products liability.
