She advises banks, credit unions, equipment finance companies, creditors and receivers in state and federal court. Margot also advises credit unions on a variety of regulatory and business matters, and assists clients with estate planning and administration. Margot is actively involved in the Oregon State Bar Debtor-Creditor Section. She is currently a member of the Editorial Board and is a past officer of the Executive Committee for that section.

Ward has a varied transactional and litigation practice with its focus in commercial law, business reorganization, bankruptcy, collections, employment law and real estate matters. Ward has represented a number of creditors’ committees and debtors in successful Chapter 11 cases, as well as represented corporate and banking clients in general business financing and corporate matters. Ward is the founder of SAGE (senior advocates for generational equity) and spends much of his time promoting causes which benefit younger and future generations.

Kelley, whose practice focuses on financial services, has been chosen for the first time in the primary area of banking as one of the best attorneys in Oregon under the age of 40 or in practice for less than ten years. With a background in banking and business, Kelley brings considerable experience and working knowledge in the areas of consumer and commercial law relevant to assisting financial institutions on matters related to regulatory compliance and operations.
