Kim McGair will be presenting two sessions at the Credit Union National Association (CUNA) Compliance & Risk Council Conference in San Diego, CA, October 17-19, 2022.  Her first session will explore various strategies that credit unions can use to deal with disruptive or difficult members, including discussing the new law and regulations on expulsion, and, her second session will focus on understanding the latest regulatory guidance on fair lending and unfair and deceptive acts and practices in the lending context from the CFPB and NCUA.
