One of only a handful of law firms to make the list, Farleigh Wada Witt ranked 25th in the medium-company category (35-99 Oregon employees). This marks the fifth time the firm has been recognized by Oregon Business magazine for its excellence in workplace practices.

Organizations are selected for the list based on employee satisfaction ratings for decision-making and trust, work environment, benefits and management, among other categories. Statewide, more than 9,967 employees from 230+ companies participated in the publication's annual survey.
