About Law Firm Rankings: Law firms were ranked according to objective data as well as peer reviews and client assessments. This data was complied in conjunction with Best Lawyers' rankings of individual lawyers which culminated in a final tiered ranking system. Because law firms were often separated by small or insignificant differences in overall score, they have been tiered rather than ranked sequentially.
