Paul advises clients on matters throughout the business life cycle, including the formation and financing of new business ventures, ownership and ownership transitions, mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financing, business contracts, and the protection of trademarks and other intellectual property rights.
 
His real estate practice focuses on representing parties in the purchase and sale of real property, real estate financing, commercial leasing transactions, and commercial and residential development projects.
 
Paul regularly represents institutional lenders and corporate and individual borrowers in structuring, negotiating, and documenting commercial loan transactions.
