Practice Summary

Kelley has seen the financial services industry from all angles: she worked on the regulatory side at the Oregon Department of Justice in the Consumer Protection & Financial Fraud Division, the internal and operational side with Wells Fargo, and now the advisor side as a regulatory compliance attorney.

This broad hands-on experience allows Kelley to understand client needs and provide concrete advice to financial service providers regarding regulatory, compliance, and operational matters.

The ever-changing regulatory atmosphere presents challenges for clients and opportunities to pro-actively assist them. Kelley maintains an in-depth understanding of issues affecting financial institutions, and provides timely compliance guidance to credit unions, banks, other financial service providers.

While Kelley focuses her practice in the financial services sector, she also represents small- and mid-size businesses with corporate compliance and operations, including entity formation, corporate governance, due diligence, commercial transactions, and real estate issues.
