Practice Summary

Jordan works with individuals, businesses, and financial service providers across a wide range of legal matters. His practice draws on experience handling both disputes and day-to-day legal issues, allowing him to guide clients through complex situations with practical, efficient solutions. Jordan focuses on helping clients understand their options, manage risk, and move forward with confidence.

Jordan approaches his work with a focus on clear communication and practical problem-solving. He works closely with clients to understand their goals, explain their options, and develop effective strategies for resolving legal issues. He has experience advocating for clients in court and before government agencies and is committed to delivering thoughtful, results-oriented representation.

Prior to joining Farleigh Wada Witt, Jordan practiced at firms in Oregon, where he handled a variety of matters, including taxation, business, estate planning and administration, and domestic relations. In these roles, he represented clients in both transactional and litigation matters, gaining hands-on experience in case management, legal research and writing, client relations, and negotiating resolutions. While in law school, he served as a judicial extern with the Oregon Tax Court, gaining valuable insight into the judicial process, and clerked at the Lewis & Clark Low Income Taxpayer Clinic, gaining a deep appreciation for the help that attorneys can provide during difficult periods in their clients’ lives.

Originally from Southern California, Jordan moved closer to extended family to earn his bachelor’s degree from The Ohio State University. Desiring to return to the West Coast and establish himself in the Pacific Northwest, he earned his J.D. from Lewis & Clark Law School. He is also currently pursuing a Master of Laws in Taxation at Georgetown University Law Center, with an expected completion date of May 2026.

Outside of work, Jordan enjoys bouldering, paddleboarding on Oregon’s lakes and rivers, and hiking with his fiancée.
