Practice Summary

Dave has more than 35 years of experience handling complicated business and financial matters. He represents small- and mid-sized companies and financial institutions in business transactions, corporate finance, commercial lending, and real estate matters. Dave focuses on the forest and keeps transactions moving forward so they close in a timely and efficient manner.

He likes his practice mix because every business and every transaction is different, so he is constantly gaining insights for future matters.  Dave especially enjoys working on mergers and acquisitions. He has represented both sides so can recognize fundamental terms and clauses that should be included or omitted when documenting these transactions. While the closing process is intense, he finds this work interesting and rewarding.
