Cornwell v. Electra - Wrongful Discharge

Cornwell vs. Electra Central Credit Union - Obtained summary judgment on behalf of employer in litigation filed in the United States District Court for the District of Oregon alleging race discrimination, retaliation, and wrongful discharge. The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals affirmed on all claims except one which has been remanded to the District Court. 439 F.3d 1018, 97 FEP 930 (9th Cir 2006)
