FWW Welcomes Nathalie Bougenies to the Firm

We are pleased to announce Nathalie Bougenies has joined the firm.  Nathalie will have a broad practice, assisting both the transaction and litigation teams.

Prior to joining Farleigh Wada Witt, Nathalie served as a Fellow with the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Global Intellectual Property Center in Washington, D.C., where she researched the value of patents for startups and drafted content used for Congressional hearings and international intellectual property conferences.

Nathalie served as an executive editor on the Oregon Law Review, was a research assistant to Eric Priest (Copyright and Trademark Professor at the University of Oregon School of Law and U.S. expert on Chinese IP-related issues),and tutored first-year law students in their real property class.

Nathalie also had the privilege of serving as a summer law clerk with the Washington State Attorney General’s Office during her first summer of law school.  Nathalie later gained invaluable experience as a summer associate with Farleigh Wada Witt.

“It is an honor to be joining the legacy of great lawyers who have made, and continue to make, Farleigh Wada Witt one of the most well-regarded firms in Oregon,” says Nathalie.
