Defending Creditors' Rights

Jason helps banks, equipment lease and finance companies, credit unions, and other commercial lenders protect their collateral and maximize their recovery in bankruptcy, collection, and litigation matters. He defends commercial and consumer creditors' interests, rights and remedies inside and outside the courtroom. 
As an active member of trade associations serving the financial services industry, Jason stays informed of trends and understands the operational, business, and legal risks facing his clients.  He is an effective negotiator and facilitator, and dedicated to providing practical, cost-effective solutions to complex commercial issues.
Jason also has significant experience representing receivers and lenders in receivership proceedings, contested Chapter 11 cases, and other insolvency matters.
